Description

Waipu to Windsor is the remarkable story of Fred Wilkinson, who set off for England in 1962 from the small NZ town of Waipu, and never looked back.

Following in the footsteps of famous society decorator, Constance Spry, Fred joined Winkfield Place, serving government, the Queen and her prime ministers. His magnificent floral arrangements have graced banquets, state visits and royal weddings.
